If you have perused our Portfolio, you can see we have a diverse offering of services and experience, primarily in the residential housing industry along the Utah Wasatch Front, from Santaquin to Logan. We offer everything from small door repairs to building your new house. It is our intent to steer our business toward more natural, healthy, more efficient and less toxic or troublesome building choices. We realize that there are some modern materials that are better suited for particular purposes and that no material or method is perfect, so we endeavor to find the best methods and materials for you, your family and your budget.
Home Inspections
Don't buy a death trap! After serious consideration and exploration, we have decided not to associate ourselves with any Home Inspection Certification Organizations. We feel this is better for our clients by helping our business maintain independence and an unfettered ability to speak to you frankly, without the 7-page legal contracts. This also allows us the ability to do a variety of inspections, from a simple walk-through, to an in-depth report with photos and infrared camera capabilities. If you only need feedback on particular building systems or components, you won't have to pay for a full inspection.
Residential Design
At Happy Home, we have observed modern home trends over the past few decades and it isn't all icing on the cake. We have discovered that large complicated home designs have out-paced the industry's ability to come up with the methods, materials and skilled labor force that will perform well as designed and expected. Despite the best interests of building code regulations and inspectors, material suppliers and manufacturers, and many well intentioned contractors, homes today can be overly expensive and a headache to build per manufacturer's recommendations and building code specs. There is a growing lack of dedicated and experienced labor in the industry which is affecting the quality, safety and longevity of new homes today. After years of learning, seeing, doing and contemplating, we have chosen to focus our aim on building and modifying structures, not only with appeal in mind, but with as much organic simplicity, health, longevity and strength as can be afforded.

Home Repairs and Improvements
All pictures on our website were taken by Happy Home Construction LLC. They depict the various projects we have either built or remodeled or made repairs or additions to. We have knowledge and experience that can help you whether your structure is a turn of the century farm house, or a multi-million dollar solid log cabin. We are familiar with alternative buildings such as ICF's or metal framed structures and are always seeking new experiences with alternative building techniques such as straw bale, timber and tiny or small structures. We construct backyard sheds and replace old shingles, perform original finish carpentry, patch cement and much more. If we do not feel we can provide competent and knowledgeable service on any particular aspect of a job, we will either find a reputable subcontractor to perform this task or refer you to another contractor if we know of one that would likely be a better fit for your project. We like to finish what we start and leave every project better than we found it.
